Hannaford Helps

We are happy to announce that the Gardner Museum has been selected to be a part of the exciting and innovative Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag Program, designed to support local nonprofits like us.

For every blue Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag with the good karma messaging purchased at the Gardner Hannaford store during the month of April, $1 is donated to our cause in order to help us fulfill our mission.

But the good news does not stop there! The Community Relations Dept. at Hannaford has announced that they will be matching the $1 per bag donation for the entire month of April!

This means The Gardner Museum will receive $2 for every blue Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag with the good karma messaging sold during the month of April at 21 Timpany Blvd, Gardner, MA!

We continually appreciate all the support you give, which has allowed the Gardner Museum to be a trustworthy and interesting source of information about Gardner’s past in our community. The Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag Program provides an opportunity for a simple and fun way to continue this support!

Please visit the Gardner Hannaford store in April and buy the blue reusable bag with the good karma message. Check out the photo below of Hannaford’s manager Jenn Moore and me pointing out the specific bag that the museum will benefit from.

Please pass this exciting news on to your friends and family. Let them know that the blue Hannaford HelpsReusable Bags with the good karma message are located on the reusable bag rack and at various registers.

We have only one month, but are confident that with the help of our dedicated supporters we can raise some money and further carry out our mission of collecting and preserving materials pertaining to the rich history of Gardner and sharing knowledge and information about that history.
