Next Evening Event:  May 12 - Italian Migrants in MA

Renown history professor Teresa Fava Thomas will discuss migration from Italy to central MA between 1880 and 1920 and what happened to these people. See flyer for more information. Event runs from 7-8 pm, after a museum-hosted reception from 6:30-7 pm.

Spring Exhibit

The “Lego Lovers Exhibit” runs from March 2 to the end of May.

The name "Lego" is an abbreviation of the two Danish words "leg godt", meaning "play well". Fun is both in the process, and in the completion.


Upcoming Event

The Gardner Museum exhibit committee is seeking amateur and professional photographers for our upcoming summer exhibit June 1st to the end of August. The exhibit is themed "Sunrises, Sunsets & Scenic Spots". If interested please contact the museum so that you may be added to the list of exhibitors.
